(1) If the application received according to rule 27 is examined and found to be fraudulent, the department or office shall issue the license as per schedule-8 within fifteen days and issue the license in the format as per schedule-9 after taking an equivalent bond or bank guarantee if mentioned in the same schedule.
(2) When granting a license according to sub-rule (1), the department or office may specify the necessary conditions to be followed by the labor supplier in the license.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned licensed labor supplier to comply with the prescribed conditions as per sub-rule (2).
(4) If, after examining the application according to sub-rule (1), it is not deemed necessary to grant the license, the department or office shall give the written information to the applicant within seven days, including the reason.
(5) The labor suppliers who are in operation at the time of commencement of this regulation shall obtain a labor supplier's license within six months of the commencement of this regulation.
